Victoria Arduino Mythos II Gravimetric Grinder

The Mythos 2 is able to dose ground coffee with extreme accuracy by its actual weight, using our gravimetric system, ensuring consistent density. This means the dose remains unchanged even if you change the granulometry setting (grind).

The Mythos II has Clima Pro 2.0 technology, speed variability, transparent bean hopper, the clump crusher, display touch, micrometrical grinding regulation, long life burrs, and a cooling system.

Baristas will be able to operate at even lower temperatures, expanding their range of choices. IN addition to keeping the temperature of the grinding chamber constant, Mythos 2 can also lower it, to make you work ever more efficiently.

Lastly, the Mythos 2 now has a variable speed motor which is able to modulate productivity according to the barista’s needs and allows for more accurate dosing.
